what we collect

When you join the waitlist: your first name, email address, the roles you choose and the city you're based in.

why

Only to email you about fee fee.: when the doors open, the fee drop and letters. Your roles and city help us decide where to host the first evenings.

on what basis

Your consent: you give it by joining the waitlist, and you can take it back at any time.

where it's stored

Your details are stored in a private, access-restricted Google Workspace account (Google Ireland Ltd., which processes data on our behalf). We never sell or share them.

how long

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we stop running fee fee., whichever comes first.

your rights

You can unsubscribe, or ask to see, change or delete your details, at any time: just email hello@feefee.co and we'll take care of it within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

fees you share

The fee form is separate from the waitlist and anonymous: we don't ask for your name or email there, and we only ever show fees as averages.
